BebeNote (the "App") values your privacy and complies with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

1. Personal Information Collected

Required Information

  • Account Information: Email address (provided via Google/Apple login)
  • Profile Information: Name, profile photo (optional)
  • Baby Information: Name, date of birth, gender, photo (optional)

Automatically Collected Information

  • Device Information: Device token for push notifications
  • Service Usage Records: Parenting records created during app use
  • Advertising Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (Android), IDFA (iOS) - Not collected if ad removal is purchased

Payment Information (for in-app purchases)

  • Transaction Information: Transaction ID, purchased product, purchase date and time
  • Payment information is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and the App only collects transaction information to verify purchase completion.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

  • Service provision and operation
  • Sharing parenting records among caregivers
  • Sending push notifications
  • Service improvement and new service development
  • Customer support
  • Personalized advertising (Google AdMob)
  • In-app purchase payment processing and purchase history restoration

3. Retention Period

  • Retained until account deletion
  • Immediately deleted upon account deletion request
  • Retained as required by applicable laws

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

The App does not provide personal information to third parties, except:

  • When user has given prior consent
  • When required by law

5. Destruction of Personal Information

Personal information is destroyed without delay when the purpose of collection is achieved or upon account deletion:

  • Electronic files: Permanently deleted using irreversible methods
  • Paper documents: Not applicable

6. User Rights and Account Deletion

Users may exercise the following rights:

  • Request access to personal information
  • Request correction of personal information
  • Request deletion of personal information (account deletion)
  • Request suspension of personal information processing

How to Delete Your Account

Delete within the app:

  1. Open the app and tap "Settings" tab at the bottom
  2. Select "Account Management"
  3. Select "Delete Account"
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm deletion

Request deletion via email:

  • Send account deletion request to support@fullstackhub.net
  • Include the email address used for registration in the email body

Upon account deletion, all personal information and parenting records will be immediately and permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Community Posts Processing

Upon account deletion, posts and comments created in the Community will not be deleted, and the author information will be displayed as "Anonymous". If you wish to completely delete your posts, please delete them directly before deleting your account.

7. Advertising and Advertising Identifiers

Advertising Service

The App provides advertisements through Google AdMob for service operation purposes.

Advertising Identifier Collection

  • Android: Google Advertising ID (GAID)
  • iOS: Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA)

Advertising identifiers are used for personalized advertising and measuring advertising effectiveness.

Stopping Advertising Identifier Collection

If you remove advertisements through in-app purchase, advertising identifiers will no longer be collected.

How to Opt Out of Personalized Advertising

If you do not wish to receive personalized advertising, you can limit ad tracking in your device settings:

  • Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
  • iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
