Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the use of services provided by BebeNote (the "App"), including the conditions, procedures, and the rights and obligations between the company and users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to features for storing and managing baby's daily records (feeding, sleep, diaper changes, etc.).
- "User" refers to anyone who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
- "Caregiver" refers to users who have access to baby information.
Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)
- These Terms are effective for all users who wish to use the Service.
- Changes to these Terms will be notified through in-app announcements.
Article 4 (Service Content)
The App provides the following services:
- Storage and management of baby's daily records
- Growth records and statistics
- Record sharing among multiple caregivers
- Data backup and restoration
- In-app advertisements and ad removal in-app purchase
- Community (posts and comments)
Article 5 (User Obligations)
- Users must not use others' information or register false information.
- Users must not use the Service for illegal purposes.
- Users are responsible for safely managing their account information.
Article 6 (Service Interruption)
Service may be temporarily suspended in the following cases:
- System maintenance, replacement, or failure
- Force majeure such as natural disasters or national emergencies
- Other operational necessities
Article 7 (Account Deletion)
- Users can request account deletion at any time through the app settings.
- Upon account deletion, all user data will be permanently deleted.
- Deleted data cannot be recovered.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
- The App does not guarantee the accuracy of information entered by users.
- The App is not responsible for disputes between users.
- The App is not liable for damages arising from service use, to the extent permitted by law.
Article 9 (Intellectual Property Rights)
- All intellectual property rights in the App and Service content (design, logos, text, etc.) belong to the App.
- The copyright of posts created by users belongs to the respective users.
Article 10 (Damages)
- If a user violates these Terms and causes damage to the App, the user shall compensate the App for such damage.
- The App is not liable for damages incurred by users in connection with the use of free services.
Article 11 (Advertisements)
- The App may display advertisements within the App for service operation purposes.
- Advertisements are provided through third-party advertising services (Google AdMob).
- Users may remove advertisements through in-app purchase.
- Responsibility for advertisement content lies with the respective advertisers, and the App is not liable for damages caused by advertisements.
Article 12 (Paid Services)
- The App may provide paid services such as ad removal through in-app purchase.
- Purchase and payment for paid services are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Refunds are subject to each store's refund policy.
- Purchased paid services can be restored when reinstalling with the same account.
Article 13 (Community Usage Rules)
- Users must not engage in the following activities in the Community:
- Posting illegal content
- Profanity, defamation, or libel
- Disclosure of others' personal information
- Posting advertisements, spam, or promotional content
- Posting obscene or offensive content
- The App may delete or hide posts that violate these rules without prior notice.
- Reported posts may be hidden after review.
- Repeated violations may result in service usage restrictions.
Article 14 (Community Posts)
- The copyright of posts and comments created by users in the Community belongs to the respective users.
- Upon account deletion, posts and comments created by the user will not be deleted, and the author information will be displayed as "Anonymous".
- If you wish to completely delete your posts, please delete them directly before deleting your account.
- The App may use users' posts for service operation and promotional purposes.
Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts as provided by civil procedure law.
